I was 120kg on January 1st and I'm now at 94kg. From parent-teacher conferences and department meetings to teaching dozens or hundreds of students every day, education is an intensely collaborative field by. It really doesn't matter how much exercise you do if you're not eating well. It might sound like a hassle to measure everything at first, but after a while it comes naturally and you get into "the math" of calorie counting and whatnot. Not T25 one day and something else the next day. And when I say hybrid I mean doing it along with another workout every day. I do think that Focus T25 would be a great program to do a hybrid with. As others have said, I'd get MyFitnessPal and track what you eat. Those two workout programs are very performance/athletic focused and T25 is more general health and fitness. Still, none of that works if you don't take care of your diet. I plan on doing Gamma twice as well (it has two calendars, so I can switch it up a bit). Shaun T’s FOCUS T25 is the workout program for people who are short on time but not on commitment. I'm about to finish my second round of Beta. By the second time I was doing Alpha I started incorporating some of the "normal" moves, but I'd switch back to her when I knew something hard was coming (half-tuck jumps and the like). Shaun T uses every second all 1,500 of ‘em per session to get your heart rate up, feet moving, and calories burning. It's difficult to trick your brain into thinking you don't have 25 minutes a day to do some exercise, so that's what I chose.
